The AMS football practice for Monday 8/21 has been cancelled due to the solar eclipse and open house. This will allow players to stay at home under parent supervision during the eclipse and let them get ready for the open house that begins at 6:00. Thank you, Coach McGeehen

Please plan to attend the AMS Open House Monday, Aug. 21st. 5-6p.m. for 6th grade and 6-7 p.m. for 7th & 8th grade. Hope to see you there!

The 2017-18 Aviator Sports Boosters Kick-off will be Monday, August 7th at 7PM featuring an Aviator Sports Rally on the Glamorgan Castle Lawn. In the case of inclement weather, it will be moved to the AHS Gym. The event will feature the AHS marching band, AHS & AMS cheerleaders and all AHS and AMS fall teams and coaches. The HANGAR will offer a special kick-off discount coupon. The HANGAR will be open from 5:30-7PM so you can purchase your Aviator gear. The AHS ticket office will be open from 5:30-7PM, and Aviator Sports Booster memberships will be available from 5:30-6:30PM in the AHS Lobby and from 6:30PM-thru the conclusion of the rally on the Castle Lawn.

August 21st, 2017 will be Open House for AMS. 5-6 p.m. for 6th grade and 6-7 p.m. for 7th and 8th grade.

Supply Lists for the 17-18 school year have been posted in the NEWS section on the website.

Congrats to Matthew Eversdyke & Julia Schwartz who wrote about the importance of voting in the Elks Americanism Contest. Matthew placed 2nd & Julia’s essay placed 1st at the district & state level & finished in 3rd place at the nationals.

Congrats to AMS students Caroline Denny, Hannah Mazzei, Allenna Bertram, Jane Miller, & Jordan Schwartz who all competed at the state science fair this past weekend & received an excellent rating.

Congratulations goes to Kylie Davis for winning the OHSAA Middle School State Championship in the shot put with a throw of 41.9.

Congratulations to our top 10% for each grade level! We are so proud of you. Keep up the great work!
