The 8th Grade Band students will be performing tonight at the AHS Varsity Football Game against Canton South. They will perform along side the Aviator Marching Band for their Pre-game and Half-time shows. Come out give them so extra love tonight as they perform "What is Love?". AMS Media Center will host a Scholastic Book Fair 10/4 - 10/10. Grandparents will have the opportunity to shop with your grandchild on October 7th. Watch for a book fair flier coming soon!

The 6th grade choir students celebrated Constitution Day by learning a Constitution Rap to help remind us about facts related to the constitution! Ask a 6th grade choir member to perform it for you!

Representing Mrs. Cody's middle school class as Star Student of the Week is Joey White. Joey tries his best on a daily basis. He also helps his friends by doing kind things for them. Way to go Joey!!

Mrs. Cody's class studied about Patriot Day and had a hands on activity with constructing their own towers with plastic cups working cooperatively together on the project.

Project Lead the Way students are working on understanding the various VEX builds over the next several days. The student below are working on simple gear trains.


Mrs. Cody's class had a wonderful time at Camp Muskingham last week.

Students in Medical Detectives culminated their learning of vital signs by taking part in the Blood Pressure and Heart Rate lab. Students were able to measure both vital signs and compare among the norms and their peers.


The 6th grade team of Mrs. Zavarelli, Mr. Dustman and Mr. Horning are off to Camp! Good luck and have fun!
