The Crusaders studied about service and volunteer organizations this week. They divided into teams, created a habitat for a raw egg, & planned how to protect the egg in the event of an accident.

7th grade students building aqueducts for Humanities class.
7th grade General Music just completed a "Found Sounds" composition using Garage Band. They learned about 20th century American composers who created music on instruments they invented or found.
Mrs. Cody's Crusaders spent Wednesday morning at Maize Valley. They had the opportunity to go on a hay ride, pick out pumpkins from the pumpkin patch, and explore their way through the corn maize.

Mrs. Cody's Crusaders welcomed Mr. Scott to our classroom. We are learning the various parts of the newspaper, donated by the Akron Beacon Journal. We began learning how to use the new weight room.
